Return Policy
We cannot accept returns or issue credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. This includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne boxes.
Due to health concerns, there will be no return, refunds or exchanges on all skincare and cosmetic items regardless of whether the item has been opened or not and used or not. Please take this into consideration when purchasing items.
Returns will not be accepted for samples.
Returns are only eligible within 30 days of the order purchase date.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error.
If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened, he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return, except in the case it is an error on the part of ClubBeautyNetwork.com.
Any returned merchandise returned and received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by ClubBeautyNetwork.com is not eligible for refund or credit.
All credits and refunds are subject to approval by ClubBeautyNetwork.com.
